Nurse Practitioner
We are looking to add an advanced medical provider to oversee and administer non-invasive advanced spa treatments and fill the Medical Director role for our expanding business.

QUALIFICATIONS
- Must hold a medical degree from college or university listing in the International Medical Education Directory
- Must have a current, valid medical license to practice medicine in the state of Alaska
- Prefer previous work experience and previous dermatological nursing is a huge plus
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with giving presentations
- Enjoy working with people and posses a friendly and outgoing personality
- Comfortable working in a sales-oriented job (sales training will be provided)
- Stong communication and listening skills
- Must be a team player
- Detailed-oriented thinker
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong work ethic with patient care and safety a top priority
- Eagerness to learn, willing to travel for education and perfect protocols with the highest standards for client safety and results
- Provide and oversee med spa procedures
- Willingness to adhere to company policies, procedures and code of ethics
- Organized, thorough, kind and careful approach with a high commitment to customer satisfaction
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
The Nurse Practioner will oversee the operation and success of deeper level asethetic treatments at Sea Glo. Some of the typical daily duties include:
- Analyze and evaluate each guests individual needs and expectations to recommend and customize the most effective treatment programs
- Use sophisticated analysis equipment to determine skin type, recognize skin conditions, pinpoint concerns
- Provide medical procedures, age management therapies, acne therapy and nutrition education
- Confidently recommend treatment plans and homecare regimens
- Interact professionally with other team members to provide the ultimate guest experience
- Present a warm, gracious and professional persona to guests and co-workers
- Adhere to high professional standards in dress, grooming, language and lifestyle
- Practice the highest standard of sanitation, neatness and visual presentation
- Exceptional organization skills and follow-through
- Effective time management skills; prompt, runs on time
- Actively build strong guest relations
- Chart and document each treatment.
- Ensure all consent forms are signed and loaded into the electronic medical records system
- Attend and participate in general team and training meetings
- Commit to outside continuing education as needed
- Abide by all laws and regulations regarding sanitation, cleanliness and safety
- Report to Spa Director
